Please ignore these emails, do not click on any links they contain, do not disclose any personal data and delete these emails. Confirmation of willingness to perform military service (form)

Persons who have been declared unfit for military service during recruitment and wish to perform ‘normal’ military service in the armed forces must submit any appeal against the decision of unfitness directly to the Military Medical Service.
