Please ignore these emails, do not click on any links they contain, do not disclose any personal data and delete these emails. Freedom of evidence

In contrast to the 1999 VAT Act, the current VAT Act applies the principle of freedom of evidence. It is not permissible to make proof dependent exclusively on the existence of certain evidence (Art. 81 para. 3 VAT Act).
