International mutual assistance in tax matters

Judicial assistance, in other words the exchange of information between the judicial authorities based on the Federal Act on International Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (IMAC) relates to pending criminal cases in which a foreign judicial authority seeks the exchange of information and evidence. The Service for the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters SEI is responsible for the exchange of information, the enforcement rests with the Swiss criminal justice authorities.
