Do not click on any links, do not open any attachments, and do not provide any personal, financial, or tax information. Report the message according to current procedures and delete it.

Key figures for criminal cases and investigations

The Criminal Matters and Investigations Division (ASU) conducts criminal proceedings in accordance with the rules of administrative criminal law. The division also participates in legislation in the area of criminal tax law. The ASU thus contributes to securing the tax claims of the general public, punishing unlawful behaviour and protecting the tax legal system.
