The Refund Division
- is responsible for the lawful refund of withholding tax to domestic and foreign beneficiaries,
- carries out tasks relating to double taxation agreements and other international treaties,
- processes applications relating to domestic and foreign reporting procedures and investigates tax evasion and abuse of the system in accordance with statutory and treaty provisions.
