Warning ─ Phishing Attempt !

Fraudulent emails are currently in circulation that are falsely sent on behalf of the FTA. These emails ask you to update your tax details or contain purported surveys designed to gather personal information. Official emails from the FTA are sent exclusively from addresses ending in @admin.ch or a corresponding subdomain of @***.admin.ch. Please ignore any suspicious messages, do not open any attachments, do not click on any links and do not disclose any personal details. Thank you for your vigilance.

Snapform Viewer

Known problems with QDF forms

Certain internet browsers change the file format when downloading. The file extension must be .qdf and not .xml. Once you have changed the file extension to .qdf, the form will open in Snapform Viewer.

Some internet browsers include a PDF viewer. Do not open QDF forms directly in the browser. When you download the form, you will get a dialogue. Select there that you want to save the file.

The software Snapform Viewer offers the possibility to the users of filling out forms comfortably at the PC of storing on a data medium and of printing on white paper.

  • Please download the Snapform Viewer.

  • Install the software after program guidance. So that the software functions perfectly, please do not change the attitudes.
  • Please download the desired form.
     
  • Fill out the form completely. All fields with the yellow triangle must be absolutely filled out.
  • Print the form with all supplements on white paper. Sign the documents.
  • Please observe the instructions on the last side.

Export / Import

Data from an old form can be imported into a new form.

  • Open the old form.
     
  • Export the data (File > Export data > QDD file...).
     
  • Open the new form.
     
  • Import data (File > Import data > QDD file).
     
  • Save the new form.
