These addresses are not affiliated with the FTA and constitutes a phishing attempt. Reminder: Official emails from Swiss federal authorities are sent from addresses ending in @admin.ch (or a subdomain of xxx.admin.ch). Do not click on any links, do not open any attachments, and do not provide any personal, financial, or tax information. Report the message according to current procedures and delete it.

The Main Division of Value Added Tax (HA MWST) is one of the largest organizational units of the Federal Department of Finance. It employs around 475 people and is divided into three divisions: Collection, External Auditing, and Legal Affairs.
