FTA services in ePortal

Here you will find links to and explanations regarding all of the FTA's online ePortal services. And you can also learn how to register in ePortal.

Whether you want to report VAT, report and claim a withholding tax refund or exchange tax data within the framework of the international exchange of information, you can find these and other services online on the Federal Administration's ePortal. How to register in ePortal.

Select AGOV as a new login method. You can find help at help.eiam.swiss. If you already have a CH-Login, please change over to AGOV and link AGOV with your existing account. This will give you access to your transactions.

Shutdown of VAT-declaration easy

The FTA is implementing future security requirements for its services on the ePortal and will therefore no longer offer “VAT-declaration easy” from May 2026. From this date onwards, VAT declarations will only be processed via the “VAT-declaration pro” service. The “VAT-declaration pro” service will continue to be available without restriction.

Take advantage of the practical functions of “VAT-declaration pro” today and register once with AGOV in the ePortal service “myESTV”.

AGOV is Switzerland's new government login and is gradually replacing the old CH-Login. From spring 2027 onwards, registration and login via AGOV will be mandatory and the CH-Login option will be discontinued at the end of 2027.
